Jen10/15/2023The property is immaculate, spacious, well appointed and equipped. The location was bucolic, with views of the sleeping Ute. The host is extremely responsive and informative. I believe that this stay is perhaps the most exceptional of any I have had in an AirBnB.

Robert8/05/2022The hosts are very kind and friendly, making you feel at home during the stay. The common area downstairs is a nice touch as it gives the opportunity to interact with other guests while you make coffee (should you so choose). The view is incredible with a patio to sit on while you look over the valley. 
Kelsey9/26/2020Great setting and plenty of space. A little off the beaten path, but still close enough if you are going to Mesa Verde. It is worth it to have spacious rooms and activity options for the kids to run around and enjoy. They loved the tire swing and the game room. Clean & comfy. 
Jana3/25/2022We rented the entire place for a gathering of family and friends to celebrate a 90th birthday, hosting about 25 people. The place was perfect for the occasion. Lots of room and well equipped. The view is spectacular. The suites are large , clean and very comfortable. We stayed for 4 days and the location is great, it's a short drive to Cortez or Dolores or Mesa Verde NP. Lots of things to do. This place is an exceptional value. 
William1/18/2022This was the first time we have tried an air b n’ b with a shared space. The home was spacious, and the suite we stayed in was large enough to spread out. There was another family there that we shared the kitchen with. The space was plenty big enough to share. We appreciated that there were two kitchen tables, so we could all sit down and eat. The game room was great, my kids loved the ping pong. We would definitely stay again! 
Amy10/19/2023What a great place! There were 15 of us and we weren’t a bit crowded. It was so spacious! It was also very well stocked and had everything we needed. Our family really enjoyed the corn hole, tire swing, and ping pong. We especially loved all the deer. Beds were comfy and towels were plentiful. I would highly recommend JanElle’s place! 
Marvelle9/05/2022JanElle is an awesome host! Very accomodating. The property is beautiful. She even made fresh muffins in thr morning for us. Will stay again. Family loved the games and big yard and all of the wildlife. Plus the amazing views. Give it a look!

Ann9/24/2020This place is in a great location! Currently seeing some renovations, but quite the ample space and great for large groups. There are some other tenants on property and no washer/dryer. Samantha8/30/2020Talk about some amazing hospitality! This was such a cute setup on a little farm with an awesome views! Jana makes the most delicious homemade muffins and it was so nice to wake up to a homemade breakfast. We felt so cozy here. My son also forgot his stuffed animal there and Jana was kind enough to offer mailing it to us. We will definitely be back next time we are in town! 
Paige7/16/2020Wow, what a wonderful stay! JanElle should have a super host status, they went far and beyond what was written on the website-- cooked gourmet breakfast with extra portions for my hungry boys, brought printer from her house so we can print some paperwork and even made me a batch of her signature apricot jam to take home with me. The house was so spacious, hosts don't leave there, but there were other rooms for occupants with shared kitchen and playroom. We didn't feel crowded at all, hosts even separated us for breakfast because of Covid 19 scare. My boys LOVED the space-- there were so many toys there in a separate playroom, we didn't see them because they were so busy playing. Overall, the best stay ever, we will recommend it to all our friends and would love to come back!

Malia3/19/2021Great house for our family reunion we had. Games for the whole family and totes of toys for kids. Great yard and close to Mesa Verde, Four Corners, and great local restaurants. We are planning to come back again! 
Sarah6/19/2022JanElle and her husband, were great! Very helpful and always willing to help. Their place was absolutely beautiful and perfect for my stay. It had everything I needed and close to town but perfectly hidden away from city lights and noise. 
Pedro12/05/2023Perfect for our one-night stay near Mesa Verde NP. Very quiet, private, and peaceful location near restaurants and stores. Super clean and very spacious with two separate bedrooms connected to a sitting area and private bathroom. Lots of amenities and the access to a full kitchen on the first floor was a huge plus - we used this stop to re-supply for the next leg of our cross country road trip. Dolores is a cool town with lots of interesting things to do and Cortez has all the stores and amenities travelers need. Host checked on us soon after arrival to see if we had any questions or needed anything - great stay! 
Tod7/17/2023Generally a good place to stay, however the headboard on the bed should be swapped out for a smaller one that allows the bed to sit against the wall as it is very small and feels too easy to fall off because of it not being against the wall. The ac unit is so loud that it's difficult to sleep through so I had to turn it off. the covers onthe bed are too small and made for a less than ideal nights sleep . the shower and bathroom are well maintained and easy to use.

Almukhtar8/06/2021Wir waren eine Nacht bei JanElle und haben es sehr genossen. Von dem Grundstück schaut man auf weite Felder und hat die Hügel im Hintergrund. Wir haben den Abend auf der Veranda verbracht und die Aussicht genossen. Für Selbstversorger gibt es ein Walmart ganz in der Nähe. In dem Haus gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Küche und Fernseher sowie einen Spielraum.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
